Open Passport renewals
On the Pilgrims page, click Passport renewals. It lists past pilgrims whose passport has expired or runs out soon, grouped by the mobile you reach them on.
Step 2
Remind them on WhatsApp
Click Remind on WhatsApp to open a message written for the household. They are marked as reminded, and come back to the list after 90 days if they still haven’t renewed.
Step 3
Turn on the morning email
On your dashboard overview, switch on the morning email. Each morning you get the documents missing, passports to renew and money due for your trips — and nothing on a quiet day.
