   Open Pilgrims

   In your dashboard, open Operations → Pilgrims. Pilgrims are also added for you when you move an enquiry to Booked, or when a website booking is paid.

   Add a pilgrim

   Click Add pilgrim and enter their name, mobile and date of birth. Add the passport now or later — Labbyk tells you if someone with the same passport or mobile is already in your list.

   Add their family

   On the pilgrim’s page, add family members and choose how each one is related. For women, choose who travels as their mahram.

   Upload their documents

   The checklist shows what each pilgrim still needs: the passport photo page, the last page for Indian passports, a photo and the vaccination certificate. Upload each one from your phone or computer.

   Watch the warnings

   Red means the passport has expired; amber means it runs out within six months of their next trip. Use the Passport expired and Expiring soon tabs to see who needs a new one.
