The documents every Umrah group needs

For every pilgrim you need a passport valid for at least six months after the trip, its photo page (and the last page for Indian passports), a passport-size photo and, often, a vaccination certificate. Collecting them over WhatsApp means photos lost in chats, retyping passport numbers, and finding an expired passport a week before the flight.

Labbyk keeps each pilgrim’s documents in one place with a checklist of what is missing, warns you when a passport has expired or runs out within six months of the departure, and reuses everything for returning pilgrims. A renewed passport becomes the current one, and the old one stays in history.

A readiness board for each departure

Every booking joins the group for its package and date. The departure page lists every traveller with ticks for passport, photo, vaccination, visa, ticket and payment, and filters for who is not ready. Mark visas submitted or issued, or add the group PNR, for many travellers at once.

When rooms are arranged, the rooming list for each hotel downloads as Excel or PDF, and the passenger manifest and the standard visa sheet come from the same records — no copying between sheets.

Kept private, kept for next year

Passports and documents are stored privately and never on a public link. Passport numbers are encrypted, every view and download is logged, and you choose whether staff can see documents. They stay on file for your pilgrims’ next trip until you delete them or a pilgrim asks you to.
