01About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Hanigo Tech Private Limited, a company incorporated in India (CIN U62099KA2026PTC226644) with its registered office in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Labbyk is a product of Hanigo Tech Private Limited (“Labbyk”, “we”, “us”).
They apply to labbyk.in, the agency dashboard, the websites we host for agencies and every related service (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms and our Privacy policy. If you accept them for an agency or other business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it, and “you” means that business.
02Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service for your business.
- Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by team members you give access to. Tell us at once at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.
03The Service
Labbyk lets travel agencies build and publish a website on a labbyk.in subdomain or their own domain, list Umrah and Hajj packages, read package details from uploaded flyers with AI, and receive and manage enquiries from pilgrims. The features and limits of each plan are described on our pricing page.
We keep improving Labbyk, so features may change. We won’t remove a core feature of a paid plan during a period you have already paid for without offering a fair alternative or a pro-rata refund.
04Free trial, plans and payment
- Free trial. New agencies get a free trial for the period shown at sign-up. No payment details are needed, and nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
- Subscriptions. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, in advance, in Indian rupees. When you choose a plan, you authorise a recurring payment mandate (UPI Autopay, card or eNACH) through our payment partner, Cashfree Payments, and it renews automatically until you cancel.
- Taxes. Where GST or other taxes apply, they are shown before you pay and on your invoice. We issue an invoice for every payment.
- Changing plans. An upgrade starts immediately, and unused paid time on your old plan is credited towards the new one. Downgrades and switches between monthly and yearly billing start at the end of your current paid period.
- Price changes. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of any price increase. It applies from your next renewal after the notice period.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, we will remind you and retry. If it is still unpaid after the grace period, your website is paused. Your data is kept, and the website comes back as soon as you choose a plan again.
05Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your plan at any time from the Billing page. Cancelling stops future charges, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
Payments are for the period they cover and are not refundable, including for partly used periods, except where the law requires otherwise. If you are charged twice, or charged in error, we will refund the extra amount to your original payment method. Banks usually take 5–7 working days to credit it.
06Your content
You own the content you add to Labbyk: text, packages, prices, logos, photos, flyers and policies. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, resize, format and display it only as needed to run the Service, including on your public website, in brochures and in previews. This licence ends when your content is deleted, apart from backups that are overwritten in the normal course.
You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload, including photographs, logos and trademarks, and that it doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights or break the law. We may remove content that breaches these terms.
07Your responsibilities as an agency
Labbyk is a software provider. We are not a travel agent, tour operator or booking intermediary, and we are not a party to any agreement, booking or payment between you and a pilgrim. In particular:
- You are responsible for holding every licence, registration and approval your business needs, including any required by the Government of India and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and for keeping the licence and accreditation numbers you show up to date.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your packages, prices, inclusions, hotel and distance details, dates, visa information and policies, and for honouring what you advertise.
- You must comply with consumer protection, advertising, tax and other laws that apply to your services, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
- Any complaint about a package or trip is between you and the pilgrim.
08Pilgrims’ personal data
Enquiries from your website belong to you. For the personal data in them, you are the data fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and we process it on your behalf, as described in our Privacy policy. You agree to:
- use pilgrims’ details only to respond to their enquiries and serve them, as the law allows;
- not send them unsolicited marketing without the consent the law requires;
- keep their details confidential, and act on their requests to access, correct or erase them.
09AI features
AI flyer reading saves you typing, but it can make mistakes. Package details it extracts are saved as drafts so you can check them, and you are responsible for reviewing and correcting them before you publish. Monthly limits on flyer reads depend on your plan.
10Custom domains
If your plan includes custom domains, you must own or control the domain you connect, and you remain responsible for registering and renewing it and for its DNS settings. While it is connected, we provide its SSL certificate. If your plan no longer includes custom domains, your website stays available on its labbyk.in address.
11Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- publish false, misleading or fraudulent packages, prices or claims;
- impersonate another agency, a government body or any official Hajj or Umrah authority, or claim licences or accreditations you don’t hold;
- publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful or that infringes anyone’s rights;
- send spam, or distribute malware or harmful code;
- try to access other agencies’ accounts or data, probe or break our security, or overload, scrape or disrupt the Service;
- copy, reverse engineer or resell the Service without our written permission.
12Our intellectual property
The Labbyk software, templates, designs, logos and brand belong to Hanigo Tech Private Limited and its licensors. While your subscription is active, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them to run your agency website. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.
13Third-party services
The Service works with third-party services such as Cashfree Payments, Google, WhatsApp and Cloudflare. Your use of them is also governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for services we don’t control.
14Suspension and closing your account
You can stop using Labbyk at any time and ask us to close your account by writing to [email protected].
We may suspend or close an account, or take down a website, if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, if we are required to by law or an authority, or to protect pilgrims, other users or the Service. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
When an account is closed, its website goes offline. Within 30 days of closing, you can ask us for a copy of your content and enquiries. After that, we delete your data as described in our Privacy policy.
15Disclaimers
We work hard to keep Labbyk fast, secure and available, but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those in these terms. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular search ranking, or any number of enquiries or bookings.
16Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, bookings, goodwill or data.
Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
17Indemnity
You agree to compensate Hanigo Tech Private Limited for any claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your content, the travel services you offer, your handling of pilgrims’ personal data, or your breach of these terms or the law.
18Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, we will first try to settle it in good faith within 30 days of either side raising it in writing. If that fails, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
19Changes and general terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, give account holders at least 15 days’ notice by email or in the dashboard. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
These terms and our Privacy policy are the entire agreement between us about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent; we may transfer it as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither of us is liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. We may send you notices by email or in the dashboard.
20Contact and grievances
Questions about these terms: [email protected]. To report content on a Labbyk-hosted website, or for any grievance, write to our Grievance Officer at [email protected]. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
