Does it send WhatsApp messages automatically?

No. Labbyk drafts the message — a receipt, a payment reminder or a renewal reminder — and opens it in WhatsApp on your phone or computer, so it comes from your own number. There is no WhatsApp API to pay for.

Which plans include the CRM?

Pilgrims, bookings, payments and departure groups are on every plan. The enquiry pipeline is on higher plans; on every plan, enquiries are still emailed to you and saved. Try everything free for 14 days.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Pilgrim lists, bookings and dues export to Excel or CSV. Exports that hold passport data are for the owner and admins only, and each one is logged.

We already keep our pilgrims in Excel. Can we bring them in?

Yes. Upload the sheet in any layout, check the matched columns and the rows, and import. Families are grouped for you, and you can undo the import within 7 days.

Why a general CRM falls short

A general CRM tracks one contact and one deal. An Umrah booking is a family: a husband and wife, their children, an elderly parent who needs a wheelchair, and a woman who travels with her brother as her mahram. Each of them needs a passport valid for six months after the trip, a photo and a vaccination certificate, and the money often comes in three or four instalments, some of it in cash.

Labbyk is built around those facts. A booking holds its travellers, each traveller is a pilgrim with their family and documents, and the payments ledger knows what is paid and what is due before the group leaves.

From enquiry to pilgrim, without retyping

When an enquiry is marked Booked, the pilgrim is created from it — or matched to one you already have. Paid website bookings do the same, matched by mobile number. Families can also fill in a registration form on their phone, and their details land in your dashboard ready to accept.
