   Step 1

   Send a registration form

   On the Pilgrims page, open Registration forms and make a new form — or send it from an enquiry, with their name and mobile already filled in. Choose the language and send the link on WhatsApp.

   Step 2

   They fill it in on their phone

   Pilgrims start with a photo of their passport, which fills in the form for them. Then they add their family and documents and send it. Their answers are saved as they type.

   Step 3

   Check and accept

   The form appears under Registration forms, with any differences from the passport and possible duplicates marked. Accept it, ask for changes, or turn it down.

   Step 4

   Ask pilgrims on file for documents

   For someone already in your list, open their page and use Collect from their phone. They — or the whole family — can upload passports, photos and certificates from that link.
