Step 2
Add WhatsApp and phone enquiries
Add enquiries that came by WhatsApp, a call or a walk-in, so everything is in one list.
Step 3
Move them along
Change each lead’s stage as you go — New, Contacted, Interested, Booked or Not going ahead — and add notes so your team knows where things stand.
Step 4
Export when you need to
Download your leads as a CSV file for your records.
